Collection Procedures

If you have applied for a Travel Document for the United States, please send us an email to ensure we have received it at the Embassy.

Once you have received confirmation of receipt, you may collect your travel document any Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday between 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
